Juventus are considering a summer move for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.

That is according to Italian outlet Calciomercato, who say the Bianconeri are desperate to strengthen their midfielder at the end of the season.

Juve remain in pole position to land Liverpool playmaker Emre Can who is set to leave Anfield when his contract expires following the culmination of the current campaign.

But they are also reportedly monitoring Ramsey as well as Tottenham’s Mousa Dembele and Adrien Rabiot as PSG.

All three players’ contracts run out in 2019 and would likely be available for lower prices than players with longer to run on their current deals.

Monaco open door to Lemar departure

Liverpool and Arsenal target Thomas Lemar could be sold this summer but Monaco’s president claims it would ‘cost a lot’ should someone pry him away from Ligue 1.

The 22-year-old was subject to a number of bids last season but stayed put when the crux of the squad was sold off.

Speaking to Telefoot, Vadim Vasilyev has hinted a sale could be on the cards, saying: “Good luck to those who want him.”

When asked about whether bids of over £110million would be sufficient to land Lemar, he replied that the winger would “cost a lot”.

Vidic slams Mustafi

Manchester United legend Nemanja Vidic knows a thing or two about defending in the Premier League, and so when he speaks centre-backs should probably listen.

Although Arsenal’s Shkodran Mustafi probably won’t want to right now.

Mustafi was criticised as Arsenal were beaten at Newcastle

Because Vidic – in his role as a guest pundit for Sky Sports on Sunday – absolutely savaged the German defender for is role in Newcastle’s first goal in their 2-1 victory over the Gunners at St James’s Park.

Arsenal had taken the lead on Tyneside when Alexandre Lacazette fired them ahead following Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s cross, but they crumbled and ended up losing to goals from Ayoze Perez and Matt Ritchie.
