Warren Giddings, 23, is facing 10 total charges, including three counts of first-degree sexual assault.

Police say Giddings and the alleged victim met through an online dating site. They eventually agreed to meet at the woman's Rockville home in February. That's when police say Giddings sexually assaulted the 20-year-old. He is also accused of stealing her tablet computer.

Police say the woman has a cognitive learning disability.

Giddings is being held on a $150,000 bond.

Police say they believe there may be other people who were sexually assaulted by Giddings but have not come forward. They are asking for potential victims or anyone else who may have information to come forward.
