Eagle-eyed fans were quick to call out the young mother after they spotted her car in the disability space outside her Mermaid Beach gym in an unrelated video.

'In my gym, we don't have any members with a disability. So those two car parks never get used,' she said in a Snapchat video, which has since been deleted.

'If I was to get any members with any type of disability, or any bad leg injury, I would never park there. I'm not that disrespectful.

'When the two car parks have literally never been used in nearly three years that I've owned that gym...  so it sucks that people are looking at me in a bad way.'

Despite her gym having car spots reserved for drivers who hold a disability parking permit, Ashy admitted: 'I do use that car space sometimes'.

'I know that it does look bad in somewhat way,' she said.

'But I hope you guys can hear my side of the story that in three years, we've never had any members with any type of disability to use the car parks - they are there 24/7, sometimes, yeah, I do use it.'

She apologised for her actions, saying she never wanted to cause any outrage - but went onto to explain further why she made the decision to park there.

'I never meant to offend anyone or make anyone upset,' she said.

'It was never my intention, I never purposely wanted to upset anyone but when no one uses that car park for three years, and we have no members of any disabilities, then I do use that car park sometimes.

'I do apologise if I had offended anyone but I just wanted my loyal followers to see my side. There's always always that five per cent waiting to comment, judge and criticise for whatever I do.

'I cannot breathe without someone jumping down my throat or accusing me of something or thinking that I have really bad intentions.'

Many have chimed into the controversy, claiming her gym was in close proximity to a major shopping centre - meaning drivers with a disability could park there.

The original 28-minute YouTube video was taken down after receiving backlash, before it was uploaded again without the parking footage.

After the video was edited and re-posted, a follower shared a still image of a Range Rover, believed to be Ashy's, onto social media.

On Tuesday evening, Ashy took to Snapchat to reveal the cruel death threats she received overnight.

'I've woken up to comments from people saying they hope the headline news is that I have been hit by a bus or my head has been smashed in by a gold club,' she said.

'It's just totally unnecessary. Some of the comments that have come through also involve my son... or hoping something happens to him. It's gone too far.'

She explained all the horrible remarks have been removed from all her social media platforms.

'When anything involves my family or threats, or hate to that extent, we would just be removing it,' Ashy said.
